Angels Alone describes a prison set in the year 2035 where prisoners are rehabilitated through virtual and simulated realities.
It depicts a scenario where models of open-world role play games, simulation training and virtual therapies could be brought together in a virtual rehabilitation program bringing in question the nature of VR’s expansiveness and blurring the lines between boundaries and imprisonment.
